My Future Projects

From time to time I feel the need to adapt, create or just play around with ideas for movie replicas or one off pieces. I have listed below some future projects which I intend on doing shortly, or rather when I have the time!

As these projects move forward I will give them a separate project/progress thread on the menu. So keep your eyes peeled!

1) Chronicles of Riddick Swing Blades/Sabre Claws

I will be purchasing a set of the standard united cutlery blades soon with a view to converting them to a more screen acurate set. Note these are the silver blades not the black coated blades.

Basically I will be taking a set of these

Then with the help of some X-acto knives convert them into the screen acurate version. Very simple  mod really and who knows why they weren't made like that in the first place!

2) Predator Bio - Bad Blood

I have a 1/1 scale P1 bio that is in need of some repair, so instead of just repairing it I am planning on stripping it right back and doing a custom job.

My plan is to make a bio for an outcast predator. More to follow!

3) Starwars Han Solo ESB DL-45 Blaster

I recently purchased a converted denix mauser from ebay, all metal with resin scope, working trigger. Although it's a very nice piece I need to do some work on it to make it more acurrate.

First off I need to change the resin scope, as the rest of the blaster is metal it looks alittle out of place. The next bit would be to either rough it up alittle, as at the moment the flash nozzle is mint while the main body shows wear or I repaint the mainbody.

4) Aliens Pulse Rifle Build with Electronics

Well I honestly didn't think that I would be able to start this with the shortage of G&P kits out there, but then, BAM I manage to land myself one. So this project is officially a goer! More details to follow.
